The Fabulous Fitness Academy course is for seventh- and eighth-grade students, who will learn about and practice healthy fitness and nutrition. The course will include classroom instruction and activities in the Osborne Room as well as practical application of knowledge and skills in the nearby gym and weight room.

Will need the screen for projections Sound system for the tracks sound speakers on stage so the kids (and I ) can hear the track. Risers up so we can practice on stage.

MIAA A & B Conference Individual Tennis Tournament. Match start times may vary day to day.

These events are for all McDonogh current JV & Varsity volleyball players, and any Upper School & 8th grade girls that plan on trying out for the teams this fall season.
