This Earth Day, celebrated on Tuesday, April 21, upper schoolers transformed campus into a living lesson in environmental stewardship. Instead of a single celebration, each grade took on a meaningful role in caring for the land they call home.
Freshmen began with a campus-wide scavenger hunt that led them to corners they had never explored. Sophomores spread out with gloves and bags, clearing litter and debris from shared spaces. Juniors headed to the streams, rolling up their sleeves to remove trash and support the health of the waterways that wind through campus. Seniors capped off the effort by planting 80 trees in a field near Roots Farm—an investment in the landscape that will grow for years to come.
