Middle School Science Teacher

McDonogh School is looking for a dynamic educator that has the ability to teach 5th - 8th grade science, is interested in STEM, project-based learning, and 21st century skills. The ideal candidate will help students grow, think deeply, make connections, engage in meaningful learning, and develop understanding of science. This teacher will be joining a community of committed, passionate, and innovative teachers and students. This position will start in the 2026 -2027 school year.

 

Compensation for this position will generally be offered in the range of $55,000 - $70,000. Individual offers will be specific, and based on education, experience, and benchmarking parameters.

Recess Monitor- Lower School

The Lower School is seeking part time staff members to cover recess and early childhood rest duties daily during the school year, from late August through early June. Individuals should be warm, nurturing, and effective problem-solvers. Experience with elementary-age students is required. Some training will be provided. Substitute Nurse

The School Nurse provide health services to the McDonogh School community, including first aid treatment, and on-site triage and treatment for injuries and and mild to acute sicknesses. The School Nurse also provides support to students and other community members with chronic illnesses.
