Assistant Director of the McDonogh Fund

The Assistant Director of the McDonogh Fund will work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Annual Programs to develop and execute the annual giving strategy and goals. The Assistant Director will oversee McDonogh Fund operations, including stewardship events and opportunities to demonstrate and celebrate philanthropic impact. The Assistant Director will also serve as a frontline fundraiser with a portfolio of annual giving prospects, and will manage a McDonogh Fund volunteer committee comprising multiple constituencies.

Compensation for this position will generally be offered in the range of $55,000 - $65,000. Individual offers will be specific, and based on education, experience, and benchmarking parameters.

Director of Leadership Giving

The Director of Leadership Giving is responsible for driving revenue for the McDonogh Fund through soliciting leadership gifts and overseeing the 25th, 30th, 35th, and 40th reunion giving programs, as well as the Senior Family Gift Effort. The Director serves as a frontline fundraiser with a portfolio of annual giving prospects and is responsible for solicitation, stewardship, volunteer recruitment and management, marketing, and event management.

Compensation for this position will generally be offered in the range of $90,000 - $110,000. Individual offers will be specific, and based on education, experience, and benchmarking parameters.

Middle School Humanities Teacher- Long Term Sub

McDonogh School is searching for a long term sub to cover middle school humanities classes starting in the fall of 2026. This will likely be a 12 week placement. Recess Monitor- Lower School

The Lower School is seeking part time staff members to cover recess and early childhood rest duties daily during the school year, from late August through early June. Individuals should be warm, nurturing, and effective problem-solvers. Experience with elementary-age students is required. Some training will be provided. The Senior Director of Annual Programs is responsible for providing innovative leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the McDonogh Fund and annual fundraising program. The Senior Director will implement the annual operating plan and budget for annual programs designed to attain the philanthropy goals and the academic missions of the School.

Substitute Nurse

The School Nurse provide health services to the McDonogh School community, including first aid treatment, and on-site triage and treatment for injuries and and mild to acute sicknesses. The School Nurse also provides support to students and other community members with chronic illnesses.
